Technical Writing
Let's be real ... writing bylaws and policies is not everyone's cup of tea. If your board does not have the expertise or skillset to start the process of writing or revising key board documents (e.g. bylaws, policies, procedures), Diligent Consulting is available for technical writing. This can include drafts of new policies for you to review and adopt, as well as in-depth editing and revision recommendations to existing documents.
A typical project workplan includes:

Discussion with key stakeholders to determine the most pressing documents in need of creation or revision

Draft documents or red-lined revisions for your board to review, revise, and adopt

Assistance in building capacity within your board for doing this work on your own in the future
Deliverables: At the end of the engagement, you will receive draft document that can be revised and adopted into use.
