Diligent Consulting, founded in 2020 and operated out of Des Moines, Iowa, is a consulting firm focused on strengthening trauma system capacity, improving trauma center financial and operational performance, and providing clear, actionable solutions that drive measurable results. We partner directly with hospitals and governing bodies, and we are also available as a subcontracting firm as part of larger projects.
Founder Sarah Spilman is a nationally experienced trauma consultant with 25+ years of expertise in healthcare research, operational leadership, and data-driven strategy. She and her team are passionate about trauma care and committed to providing collaborative, clear, data-driven recommendations that drive measurable results.
